for Moooi Carpets. The unique patterns of these rugs came to life through layered printing of the same colour with subtle variances in saturation and intensity.
All designs are part of our ongoing research into the endless possibilities of colouring, mixing, and matching. A remarkable result of a process inspired by riso-printing techniques.
Available in five different colour palettes; Candy Orange, Marble Red, Morning White, Cloudy Blue and Clay Green

RENS X MOOOI CARPETS
Moooi Carpets offers a refined collection of carpets and rugs by leading designers, both emerging and established. RENS was invited to give their unique take on carpet design, based on their expertise and material-research approach.
Rens turned their attention to the production process, focusing on colouring, printing and manufacturing techniques and translated their findings into an innovative rug collection. A mutual exchange that brought out the best in both partners.
