Colourful graphic wall objects based on the original idea and colour process of Reddish. RENS applied the absorbing qualities of ceramics to transform conventional plates into these series of unique artworks. 
 
After placing objects in liquid pigment, the colourant soaks into the material, draws a pattern and leaves traces. Over the course of time, the material gradually paints itself – tinted by the interplay of clay, dye and glaze.
 
The porosity of the material and the dye duration determine the outcome, void of any human intervention. However, the powerful alliance between two colours - one of transparent glaze and one a colourful shade of ink - is expertly arranged by the designers. Each item is unique, the collection is limited and numbered.
 
Please note that each piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, with subtle irregularities that enhance its unique charm.
