The power of the classics, in a colourful new light. With the art direction for Spectrum's new line of accessories we unite timeless pieces by world-renowned designers – and bring an ode to the object.
These interior objects by prominent Dutch designers Constant Nieuwenhuys, Friso Kramer and Benno Premsela speak for themselves. Loud and clear: effortless simplicity welcomes a bold and eye-catching environment that reveals the timeless essence of the designs.
For the relaunch of this selection of 'heritage' products from the 1960s, we created an arresting colour palette and visual style that unites the various designs under one umbrella. It zooms in on the subtleties and intricacies of the distinct objects, inviting one to take a closer look, again and again.
Highlighting the clean lines and materiality of these objects, our scheme and identity enable Spectrum to launch this collection of timeless classics instantly recognizable. And to expand the foundational selection with new pieces over time.

Dutch design label Spectrum has consistently demonstrated a discerning eye for groundbreaking designers. Since the 1950s, it has collaborated with leading professionals, seamlessly blending clean functionality with striking aesthetics, resulting in pieces you can't imagine living without.
In 2022, Spectrum launched a new Accessories Collection that integrates the best of past and present. RENS, enlisted as curators and art directors, developed a compelling visual style and an appealing colour palette that encapsulates the label’s rich heritage and introduces its iconic designs to a fresh audience.
